I'm a huge fan of interdisciplinary approach: a mix of learning and experience across boundaries.
The sound of INTERDISCIPLINATA in Italian reminds of "indisciplinata" which means "undisciplined": it does contain the chaos in itself in fact, but in this new word, it also contains "discipline" - actually many of them!
Education and life experience that go across disciplines allow for a different perspective in everything I do and that is exactly what makes me ALESSANDRA CARRILLO, makes me ME.
Each discipline, each country where I have lived or that I have visited, each culture encountered, each sector I have approached taught me something. We are continuous learning beings and our curiosity is our spark of joy.
I do not have to hide anymore behind stereotypical specialisms: I enjoy interdisciplinary approach and systems thinking as much as emotional intelligence, mindfulness and creativity.
I dance through changes in life with discipline and according to my purpose of humanity and sustainability throughout a choice of contents that makes my BEING a malleable medium of connection to emotions, messages, signifier and signified in the meaning. An organic approach in order to be in HARMONY with myself and everything else: COSMICA.

A little note on COSMICA too: Pythagoras was the first to call the universe a cosmos, because the phenomena of nature embody geometrical form and proportion (an equal presence of order and beauty): all things are related through whole–part and proportional relationships, as in an ecosystem.
Understanding the cosmos is essential for self-understanding, because humanity is a microcosm, a reflection of the entire world in miniature. And the other way around too. |

Ok, just a little cloud. In Italian, my mother tongue. And yes, I also speak English, Spanish, French and some Polish too.
