I'm a huge fan of interdisciplinary approach: a mix of learning and experience across boundaries. 
The sound of INTERDISCIPLINATA in Italian reminds of "indisciplinata" which means "undisciplined": it does contain the chaos in itself in fact, but in this new word, it also contains "discipline" - actually many of them!

"SYSTEM" on the Dictionary

Such an honour to contribute to the "Dizionario della Cultura" on Treccani (THE Italian Encyclopedia) with my definition of the word  SISTEMA: a "how" rather than a "what". 

MERITOCRACY on Corriere

I have always supported the Meritocracy principle and, when I was living abroad, I was invited to talk about it and how to attract talent to Italy. ​I wrote more in a post on Corriere della Sera. In a nutshell, promoting the "3T" (Florida): Talent, Technology & Tolerance in order to move toward the "4I": interaction, integration, innovation and internationalisation. 

GENDER EQUALITY MISSION

I am femminist, nothing to hide. I even double it. 
My support toward fighting gender inequalities and  violence against women and any other minority is on top of my list. I put it in everything I do: my short movie "Small Things", for example, is about not accepting to be a possession for someone, but to learn to love oneself first. Here there is the trailer with English subtitles:
